Week of January 20th

Even though it was a short week, we were very busy!

We made snow globe pictures.

We worked puzzles--and we were especially excited when Miss Lisa put a new puzzle out on the table.  All of us wanted to work on it!

We played with our friends and our toys.

Best of all, we wore our pajamas and watched a movie with our friends!

Week of January 12

We had a lot of fun doing winter-themed activities this week.  We LOVED our shaving cream snow!  We also practiced our coloring skills with snowman pictures--and got a snowman sticker for our good work. We worked on our fine motor skills by putting stickers on a pair of mittens.  They looked really good!  Of course, we enjoyed our time with our friends and playing with our toys!

We're Glad To Be Back!

We had a wonderful time over Christmas break, but we're glad to be back in our classroom having fun. We're working on new arts and crafts, taking care of our baby dolls, enjoying our toys, and most of all having fun playing with our friends!

Week of December 1

We've had a lot of fun welcoming December and getting ready for Christmas.  We started our week with a sleigh ride!  Thanks to Gold Leaf Carriages for coming to give us a ride in their sleigh.

We also worked our finger/hand muscles and practiced our cutting skills with our gingerbread playdoh.  We pressed and rolled and cut to make shapes and designs and gingerbread men!

We spent some time drawing and coloring, looking at books, playing with friends, and practicing our songs for the Christmas program.

We helped Miss Lisa put our googly eyes and red noses on our reindeer so we could finish our bulletin board...And we started decorating our Christmas tree!
